We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. Clients who cancel or reschedule an appointment within less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of their service. Clients who do not attend their appointment without giving any notice will be charged 50% of their service. For instances where the client is 15 minutes late, we may refuse to carry out their service due to us being unable to complete it to the highest standard or that of the following clients.
